AB INITIO

Ab Initio is a Loire wine project involving winemaker Emmanuel Roblin as well as Fred and Claire Niger from esteemed Domaine de l’Ecu.

These wines have a wonderful energy to them, and most are aged in Amphora.

Bottles are limited in quantity and despite being new and relatively unknown there is strong interest from winelovers.
