ALDO VIOLA: Made in Sicily

We visited excellent Natural Winemaker ALDO VIOLA at his vineyard in Alcamo, Sicily to hear his thoughts on how the region has changed, his thoughts of Sulphur use in wine and his vision for his wines.

Aldo Viola is the brother of Alessandro Viola, also based in Alcamo but on the other side of the village, with a very different Terroir. Winemaking is in both of their blood, and Aldo farms the vines his father used to, with his father's help on the tractor too.

We recommend trying the Aldo Viola wines, which we adore, as they are full of depth and soul.
