A nephew to Pierre Overnoy, Guillaume Overnoy currently runs this 5.5-acre domain in the Jura which has been handed to him by his father, Jean-Louis Overnoy. The region this domain farms in is called Beaufort-Orbagna. We suggest trying his Rougissme, which is a traditional blend of Plousard, Pinot Noir and Trousseau.
