Lino Maga is a natural wine producer from Lombardy in Italy, known for his incredibly unique wines named simply after his two vineyards Barbacarlo and Montebuono. His full-bodied red wines from Barbera, Croatina, Uva Rara, and Ughetta grapes are bottled sometimes even before fermentation is complete. Vintages can taste vastly different, and will age well up to 30 years. After Lino’s recent passing, the vineyard is in the care of his son, Giuseppe.
