MAX SEIN WEIN is run by Max Baumann, a natural wine producer from the Baden region in Germany.

Max gained experience at natural wineries like Gut Oggau and Judith Beck before setting into his own domain at his parents, who inherited the land from their own parents. Winegrowing has been in the Baumann family for generations, but Max is taking the lead with natural wines here on 3.5 hectares of land. Grapes grown include Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Gewürztraminer, Kerner, Gewürztraminer, Ortega, Bacchus and Pinot Noir. Max prefers to bottle cuvee blends rather than single varietals, and his wines often benefit from a little air before enjoying. Popular bottles include Rouge, Pur Jus, Blanc and Les Autochtones.
