Remi Leroy Champagne
Rémi Leroy is a natural wine producer who grew up in a small town in the Côte des Bar, in the region of Aube in the southern extreme of the Champagne region. He trained as an oenologist and agricultural engineer in Bordeaux before taking over his family’s estate of 9 hectares.
Remi Leroy Champagnes are some of our favourites, and we highly recommend to try the Extra Brut and if your budget allows, the vintage Blanc de Blanc...

Refined Brilliance
In previous generations, the family sold all their grapes to large houses, and while the majority still is, Rémi now vinifies around a third of the crop under his own label. Rémi farms everything sustainably and is very hands on in the vineyard, focusing on biodiversity and low yields in order to produce ripe, healthy fruit. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier are grown. In the winery, grapes are pressed and spontaneously fermented in steel tanks or oak barrels.
Low or no dosage Champagnes that age well
These amazing Champagnes are elegant, balanced, and structured, and have the ability to age well too. Once opened, they’re best expressed if allowed to sit 10-15 minutes after pouring, after which they really open up and reveal themselves! With little to no dosage, expect high acid but with a creamy finish, and flavour profiles such as biscuit, white pepper, and green apple.
