Jean-Baptiste Menigoz of Les Bottes Rouge trained viticulture under the guidance of Jura legend Stéphane Tissot, and now manages 7 hectares of vines himself in Arbois, which are comprised mostly of

limestone and heavy clay + marl in others.

chemical-free & holistic principles and low/no sulphur use.

This lovely Chardonnay will express itself best after 20-25 minutes decanting.

Once it’s ready, buttery floral notes mingle with a nutty presence, bright minerality and a touch of green apples.
