Salvo Foti is a renowned natural wine consultant in Sicily, and i Vigneri is his own wine baby. Based on the North Eastern slopes of Mount Etna, i Vigneri wines represent terroir and low-intervention winemaking to the fullest. I Vigneri also has a plot which could be the highest vineyard in Europe, at 1300 above sea level. This is where the wine Vinudilice Rosato comes from.
