Domaine Breton | Loire Wine
Catherine and Pierre Breton produce beautiful and elegant natural wines in the Loire Valley of France, more specifically with vineyards in Chinon, Bourgueil and Vouvray. They use both chemical-free and & holistic farming practices in the vineyard when growing mainly Cabernet Franc, as well as some Grolleau and Chenin Blanc. Sulphur is used, but to a minimium with the reds resulting in under 20mg/l and the white wines 50mg/l. Popular wines include Trinch, Pierres Rousses, and La Dilettante.
