Julien Altaber is the vigneron behind natural wine producer Sextant in Auvergne, France. Julien makes wines from Aligoté, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Gamay, and particularly likes to make wines that are fermented on the skins, oxidised or left completely natural. The wines are characterful, showcase the grape variety and are a pleasure to drink! Look out for popular bottles Po à Po and Clin d'oeil.
