Sassara Wines
Sassara is a natural wine producer in Veneto, Italy, just south of Lake Garda. Wife and husband duo Alessia and Stefano Bertaiola are the faces behind this project, which aims to make wines which express the authenticity of Veneto - both its land and people - wines that are full of ‘bright, juicy, joyous fruit and minerality’ (rather than the highly marketable, overextracted wines associated with the region). Popular wines from Sassara include Esotico, Coconar Orange, and Bardolino Goto.
