Caveau Val d'Amour | Jura Wine
Caveau Val d'Amore is a small natural wine domain in the Jura region of France, run by Sylvain Jacquot who makes wine in his garage. Starting out just as a hobby, and with just 1.5 hectares of vines scattered around Arbois, the Caveau Val d'Amore wines are full of depth and soul, and the reds represent an underlying ''earthyness' we really appreciate in the Pinot Noir and Trousseau especially. Their white wines with Chardonnay and Savagnin can feature excellent use of oxidative techniques.
