Pét Nat by Albert de Conti (Chateau Tour Des Genres) is a Pet Nat made with Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

Production details of Pét Nat (Albert de Conti): This Pet Nat is made by the de Conti family at Château Tour des Gendres in Bergerac, southwest France. The blend is 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Chenin Blanc. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently crushed, ferment partially in stainless steel, then bottle while still fermenting for a second fermentation in bottle. No added sulphur at any stage.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Pét Nat by Albert de Conti, but we hear it has notes of green apple, underripe peach, citrus zest and a white blossom dry finish.

We ship every Wednesday. Order by Tuesday 10am.

PET NAT WINE | WHAT IS A PET NAT?

Pét Nat, short for "Pétillant Naturel," is a type of sparkling wine that finishes fermenting right in the bottle, making the bubbles naturally there without needing any interference. Made using the Ancestral Method (also known as “Col Fondo”), these wines are typically lively, fresh, a little yeasty, and packed with just the right amount of fizz.
