Sorga Africa 2023

Sorga Africa 2023 is a natural wine crafted by La Sorga, in the Languedoc region in France. This red wine is made with 100% Cinsault grapes.

Expect some vibrant acidity, dark forest fruits, menthal touches, floral hints and an almost tingly tannic structure which gives a sensation of being mildly carbonic, yet also not quite. A tasty wine wine, best served not too cold.

Terroir: Schist soils in Cabrerolles (Faugères appellation area), Vin de France.

Grape variety: Cinsault (9 and 69 years old) 100%; yield: 24 hl/ha.

Vinification: Destemmed, maceration for 26 days; aged in tank for 8 months.

No added sulfur, no filtration, and nothing else either...
