Bodega Viñerón
Samuel Párraga is a young winemaker who started Bodega Viñeron in 2018, crafting pure wines that eloquently convey the extraordinary terroirs of his native Málaga and the nearby Granada. Nestled in a region of awe-inspiring beauty, where the unspoiled Mediterranean coast seamlessly transitions into steep, terraced slopes. The humid embrace of the Mediterranean climate swiftly yields to more mountainous landscapes with increasing altitude, characterized by a mosaic of slate, clay, limestone, and sand. Refreshingly cool evenings prevail, particularly in vineyards elevated up to 1300 meters above sea level.
Samuel, with meticulous care, tends to his fruit, honoring nature and maintaining her inherent balance. In the cellar, his winemaking approach is gentle and pure. All of Samuel’s wines undergo spontaneous fermentation, and he refrains from adding any sulfur. These natura wines, remarkably distinctive and delectable, not only mirror the essence of the region but also showcase the skill of a young and gifted winemaker.
