Sternklar Blanc de Noir by Hoffmann Simon is a wine made in Mosel with Pinot Noir grapes made as a Blanc de Noir, so a direct pressing of the red grapes to not be a red wine. This use of a red grape is quite unusual to see in the land of Riesling, and a natural wine too so even more unusual!
