Jean-Christophe Jezequel wine

Jean-Christophe Jezequel is a lesser known but exceptional natural wine producer from the Tourraine appelation of the Loire region in France.

Farming Chenin Blanc, Menu Pineau (a rare grape), Sauvignon Blanc, Gamay, Côt (Malbec), Cabernet Franc and Pineau D’Aunis on Silex, Limestone and Clay soils, Jean-Christophe Jezequel is quite new to the natural wine scene, having released his first bottle in 2019. He has a traditional Loire limestone cellar and makes vibrant expressions of his wines, which we very much rate highly.
