Makaridze Winery

Makaridze Winery is a natural wine producer from the Imereti Western region in Georgia, which generally has a different style to the East, with many wines being a little less tannic and requiring less age to become a little more easy drinking.

Farming Tsitska, Tsolikouri and Otskhanuri Sapere in Amphora, Makaridze Winery, the vines age between 20 and 80 years old, and wine has been grown by the family for many generations - although it is only now it is being bottled themselves.
