Tôt ou Tard Ploussard is a natural wine crafted by Les Bottes Rouge, in the Jura region in France. This red wine is made with Ploussard grapes grown on grey marl soils, and has a light profile as expected, with bursts of cherries, forest fruits and vanilla with some herbal elements too.

 Macerated on the skins for two weeks, this one is bright and quaffable, but also complex as Poulsard can be is in it's delicate ways
