Perill de Perills Blanc is one of our favourite natural wines crafted by father/daughter domaine Clos Lentiscus, in the Catalonia region in Spain. This white wine is made with Xarel·lo grapes.

 It's creamy, vibrant and light, yet with vibrant acidity for a Spanish wine. There is an interesting note of celery on the nose too!! So delicious!
