"La 6.3.1" Cote de Brouilly 2021 is a natural wine crafted by Dupré Goujon, in the Beaujolais region in France. This red wine is made with Gamay grapes, which are vinified on the skins of white grapes (Chardonnay) to create a slightly different experience. No added sulphites in this wine.
Winery Duprè Goujon say: The palate reveals flavors of fresh fruits forming a broad and gourmet frame, with a fine texture. It is an elegant wine with great character, deep and refined.

VINIFICATION: A cuvée produced in the pure
Beaujolais tradition, gravity vatting, indigenous yeasts, without SO2, semicarbonic maceration in whole harvests for 10 to 21 days.
MATURING: 12 months in barrels and demi-muids then 12 months in vats. Bottling unfiltered
AROMATIC TYPE: A red with a pure and intensely fruity nose.
