Frühburgunder "Herr Lüttmer"

Herr & Frau Lüttmer is a tiny, artisan natural wine producer based in the Saale Unstrut region in Germany.

Pinot Noir Précoce or, as it is called in parts of Germany, Frühburgunder is a dark, blue-black–skinned, variety of grape used for wine and is a form or mutation of Pinot noir, which differs essentially by ripening earlier than normal.

Please note this is the 2020 vintage, not 2019.

Meant to be a perfect match for game and hearty meats, with a fine tannic structure and slightly smokey notes.
