O’Belix 2021 by Il Roccolo is a natural wine made in Veneto with Molinara grapes.

Production details of O'Belix: O'Belix comes from Il Roccolo di Monticelli, a small natural wine project run by Silvia Tezza on the limestone hills between Verona and Soave in Veneto. She farms a recovered old family vineyard using a lunar-calendar approach without synthetic chemistry. The wine ferments naturally and ages in stainless steel before bottling.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of O'Belix by Il Roccolo, but we hear it has notes of pale cherry, dried herbs, almond and a light perfumed character.
