NATURAL WINES BY PETR MARADA
Petr Marada makes wine in Mikulčice in southern Moravia, with around 20 hectares spread over four very different sites, from loess to sand laced with volcanic tuff. He is best known for his bright, almost neon skin-contact wines in clear bottles, but there is a lot more going on: a small range of serious Sekts inspired by his love of Champagne, clean single-grape whites, and barrel-aged reds with a depth you rarely get this far north.
