Epic

Epic is a natural wine crafted by , in the Burgenland region in Austria. This sparkling wine is made with Welschriesling, Muscat and Grüner Veltliner grapes., and is actually not a Pet Nat, but a sparkling wine made with the Charmont method, often found in Champagne. This method pushes carbonated gas into the still wine, making it bubbly. This is cheaper and less risky than making a pet nat.

Flavourwise this is a real treat for the low price!
