Previous vintage: Nice pet nat from cult Czech producer Milan Nestarec. Acidic, tart and refreshing in a good way, with notes of sour apple fizzy sweets, Unripe melon, wet stone and graprefruit. Impressive, but some may find this too sour for their tastes if that is not your thing, consider a different wine.
