Divy Rysak Rosé is a natural wine by Richard Stavek, in the Moravia region in Czech Republic.

Rysak is the name of wines in the Czech republic which use both red and white grapes. This Rosé wine could therefore be more seen as a red/white blend, as is made with BlaufränkischPortugueseWelschrieslingIsabella and Grüner Veltliner grapes.

Richard Stávek is one of the early pioneers of making natural wine in the Czech Republic, and started in the early 90's in the most common region for making wine, Moravia.

He is not just a winemaker, but runs a farm with sheep of which he also makes cheese from amongst other things. He farms 4.5 Hectares of wines with vines on average around 50 years old, on sandy soils.

His wines can be experimentals, and usually featuring little known Czech Varietals too…
