Production details of Down to Earth Light: Down to Earth Light is made by Michaela Riedmüller in Hainburg an der Donau in the Carnuntum region of Austria. The blend uses Chardonnay and Neuburger, mash-fermented for 12 days and aged in a used red-wine barrel. Michaela works 8 hectares across the Braunsberg and Spitzerberg vineyards on granite and gneiss soils.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Down to Earth Light by Michaela Riedmüller, but we hear it has notes of peach, yellow apple, lemon peel, elderflower and a touch of smoke.
