Schiller Frizzante by Franz Strohmeier is a sparkling wine made from Blauer Wildbacher

We have not yet tried this, but hear that the color is a rather light orange-red with a nose which is is complex and varied: from earthy and spicy notes to delicate aromas of blueberry and cherry, and cherry blossom.

We have heard the mouthfeel, with its slightly lactic note, is typical of Strohmeier, and the perlage is enchantingly fine.
