Extremely different to the previous vintage, which was more Cremant like in style - whilst this 2019 has the added Auxerrois in it, which gives it a different vibe alltogether.

More like a wild pet-nat, with high acidity and citrus vibes to the creamy, delicate vintage before. Fans of Milan Nestarec's wines will likely love this.
