Narcissus 2022

Narcissus 2022 is a natural wine crafted by Wine Artisans, in the Shida Kartli region in Georgia. This orange wine is made with Chinuri and Muscat grapes.

Highly aromatic with an evocative nose of red roses and medow flower, notes of orange blossom, jasmine tea, apricot and ripe peach. The palate is expressive and layered, yet delicate in texture, with very soft tannins, balanced acidity and lively freshness. Elegant and complex, the wine combines floral aromatics with subtle fruit depth and a long, refined finish.

This small-production cuvée blends 50% Chinuri and 50% Muscat from vineyards on the southern slopes of the Caucasus in Shida Kartli. The wine ferments with wild yeasts and undergoes skin maceration only on the Muscat grapes, creating an aromatic amber style with gentle structure. It spends 7 months in traditional qvevri followed by 16 months aging in stainless steel. The wine is made without added sulfites and bottled unfiltered, with a total production of only 550 bottles.
