Memorie

Memorie is a natural wine crafted by Morra Gabriele, in the Piedmont region in Italy. This red wine is made with Nebbiolo and Freisa grapes, which are harvested from young vines and fermented together and aged in cement tanks. The name stems from the fact this wine reminds winemaker Gabriele of his grandfather's style of wine, rustic and charming, with an earthy background.

Trying it for sure this is rustic and interesting, immidiate nose of hedgerow, cherry coke and leather. Tannins soft and this wine is interesing, ideally served with a little chill.
