"Foudre à Canon" Savagnin 2020 is a natural wine crafted by Julien Maraschal of Domaine de la Borde, in the hilltop village of Pupillin in Jura.

This expressive and refined white wine is made with Savagnin grapes, which are grown on blue marl and schist soils. The wine is aged for a minimum of 18 months on the lees in large old oak barrels. No added Sulphur.

These wines are freshly bottled, so if you can age them - they will only get better
