"Stora Dimon" by Jas Swan of Katla wines is a 3 week macerated Pinot Gris wine from Rheinhessen, Germany

Katla Wines is Jas Swan, a German winemaker who honed her winemaking techniques with winemakers in the Mosel Valley and Rheinhessen. Now with her own vines and buying some grapes in elsewhere, her wines are interesting, wild and experimental. Katla wines makes both still and pet nat wines, some featuring PiWi hybrid grapes like Regent & Cabernet Blanc which can make for an interesting experience.
