Atavisme Retrouve 2022 Orange

Atavisme Retrouve 2022 Orange is a natural wine crafted by La Sorga, in the Languedoc region in France. This orange wine is made with 50% Terret Bourret Gris and 50% Terret Bourret grapes. Expect a vibrant, tangy orange with some herbal notes

Terroir: Clay-limestone soil in Montagnac and Paulhan (Hérault Valley), Vin de France.
Grape varieties: Terret Bourret Gris (72 years old) 50%, Terret Bourret (+/- 60 years old) 50%
Yield: 21 hl/ha
Vinification: Full sorting of the Terret Blanc. The less attractive part is directly pressed; the better part is destemmed and left to macerate in the juice. The Terret Gris is added to the tank after destemming. Maceration lasts 27 days.
Aging: On lees in tank for 8 months.
