Bonnet Ponson
Bonnet Ponson is a natural champagne winery located in Chamery, a Premier Cru location in the Champagne region of France. While the vineyard was farmed sustainably by his father, it was never certified - now run by son Cyril Bonnet, the vineyard is fully chemical-free and fully certified.

Cyril is focusing on making wines with little to no dosage, away from the traditional method where a very small amount of dosage - a sweet wine - is added to the bottle. If none at all, the Champagne will be bracingly dry. In the vineyard, mainly Pinot Noir is cultivated, with smaller quantities of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
