Dominique Belluard was a biodynamic winemaker in the Savoie region of France who stood out for his expression of Gringet (a traditional variety in the region) as well as his use of concrete eggs for fermentation, which he believed that the shape promotes a natural movement of the wine inside, adding texture and overall stability to the wine. Notable bottles included Les Alpes and Pur Jus.
