3 Täler is a natural wine crafted by Max sein Wein, in the Baden region in Germany. This white wine is made with Silvaner grapes.

Production details of 3 Täler: 3 Täler is 100% Silvaner from Max Baumann at Max sein Wein in Dertingen, Baden, Germany. Max works 3.5 hectares of family land using a lunar-calendar approach. The wine ages 9 to 10 months in old barrels and a further 6 months in bottle before release. No added sulphur.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of 3 Täler by Max sein Wein, but we hear it has notes of lemon zest, green apple, chalky texture and a clean precise minerality.
