Gibus Trousseau is a natural wine crafted by Les Bottes Rouge, in the Jura region in France. This red wine is made with Trousseau grapes, grown on limestone trias soils, and spends 3 weeks macerating on the skins.

This vintage is rustic, exciting and wild with bursts of bramble fruit, cranberry, star anise, rosemary topped off with an earthy presence. Fantastic!!
