CH 2023

CH 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Patrick Bouju, in the Auvergne region in France. This white wine is made with Chardonnay grapes, grown in Jura and vinified in Auvergne in Amphora. 

This 12.5% Chardonnay definitely has a Jura element to it, although is more of a glouglou style, creamy, fresh and rounded with soft stone fruit touches and citrus bursts, but with no reduction as commonly found in Ouillé Jura wines.
