KlimBim 2021

KlimBim 2021 is a natural wine crafted by Dupont de Ligonnès , a French winemaker in the Saxony region in Germany. This white wine is made with Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Kerner, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (Schwarzriesling) grapes.

All the grapes pressed together - except for the 30% Traminer. The berries of this end up in the must, slightly crushed. This allows the wine to ferment spontaneously with 1/3 of the mash. The wine is matured patiently for 11 months in ceramic on the full yeast. Unfined, unfiltered.

This is how the Klimbim ignites casual extravagance: pleasantly fragrant with exotic accents of lychee and ginger. Vital grip on the palate, ripe stone fruit and warm citrus notes. Fine-grained finish with enchanting length.
