Vino Bianco 2023 (Jellyfish)

Vino Bianco 2023 (Jellyfish) by Sette is made in Piedmont with Muscat grapes, which spend 8 months in Tava amphorae. The grapes are destemmed and the must macerates on the skins for 24/48 hours. This 13% alcohol wine is said to be fresh and tangy, with a slight rustic touch mingling amongst notes of ripe peach, citrus peel, wild flowers and Mediterranean herbs.

Production Details: This white wine from Sette in the Nizza region is made from a carefully selected blend of white varieties. The grapes undergo skin maceration for complexity and texture. Fermentation and ageing take place in stainless steel and neutral vessels, preserving freshness whilst building depth.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried the 2023 vintage of Vino Bianco by Sette, but we hear it has notes of stone fruit, citrus, herbs, minerality, and a clean, refreshing finish.
