MEA Sipon Pet Nat

MEA Sipon Pet Nat is a natural wine crafted by Matic Wines, in the Štajerska region in Slovenia. This sparkling white Pet Nat wine is made with Furmint grapes, known locally as Šipon. This is a tangy, herbaceous, fresh and interesting pet nat, with a subtle minty taste actually too, as Furmint can sometimes have (Ironically just coincidence with the name!).

This is Matic’s signature wine, a true labor of love. He chose to name the wine “Mea,” which is Latin for “mine,” as this was the first wine he produced commercially. 

Quite bubbly and incredible value! Recommended for those looking for something different, and quite raw!
