Nous Encore is a natural wine crafted by Sébastien Morin, in the Beaujolais region in France. This red wine is made with Gamay grapes, and comes with a stemmy, vegetal pressence with a mildly bitter touch. An interesting gamay some will love, some will find a challenge to enjoy a whole bottle of alone.
