In Salucar de Barrameda, he cultivates 2 hectares of vineyards using chemical-free farming methods in the beautiful Pago Miraflores. Additionally, I am responsible for managing a twenty-hectare property in Pago Balbaina, Puerto de Santa Maria, also following chemical-free practices. My focus is on producing still, sparkling, and fortified wines using minimal intervention techniques, with a focus on Palomino Fino
