Hurry… almost sold out!

Olla Rouge 2023 by Tom Lubbe of Matassa is a natural red wine made in the hot South of France, in Roussillon, and is made with a red/white blend of regional grapes Grenache, Grenache Gris and Macabeu.

Here the blend is 70% Grenache Noir, 10 % Grenache Gris, 20 % Macabeo. These grapes are fermented in a Semi-Carbonic method, and left to macerate on the skins for 12 days before resting in conrete tanks for 9 months.

How does Olla Rouge taste?

Olla Rouge 2023 features punky, high acidity that makes it very thirst-quenching and ready for another sip, with volatile elements some will love more than others. We're talking real energy.

Flavourwise, expect big red fruit, vanilla and even some black tea vibes. We think it's delicious! Works great with Pizza too!
