Les Corvées 2022

Les Corvees by Domaine de la Touraize is a Trousseau natural wine from the legendary Corvées plot by Arbois, famed for its gravel and marl soils. This wine sees 30 days skin maceration with no punch downs, and is aged for two years in barrel before release

This 2022 vintage has reductive smokey touches with notes of prunes and black pepper. There is a little tannic touch making it ideal for food, yet its still super smooth and gluggable on its own. Delicious!
