Weiss 2022 is a natural wine crafted by Hannes Bergdoll, in the Pfalz region in Germany. This white wine is made with  Sauvignon Blanc,  Muskateller and Riesling grapes, which are macerated for 14 days under carbonic maceration, before aging for 18 months in old wooden barrels. A tiny dose of 10mg sulphites added directly before bottling for stability.

This bright white German white offers up delicious notes of zesty green apples, limes, pineapple and salty undertones. The acidity is present but not overwealming. Really great value
