Andreis Plavac 2023

Andreis Plavac 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Vinas Mora, in the Dalmatia region in Croatia. This new red wine from Vinas Mora is made with Plavac grapes, which is usually blended with the Babić in the wine Andreis but here they found the quality so good they decided to bottle it on it's own, as a special bottling.

The vineyards are 15 minutes north of Primošten, located on bare rock with a good breeze from the sea. Without much extraction, this wine is kept fresh and yet still has that soul and charm that Vinas Mora are known for

We found this wine to be super smooth and with so much depth for the pricepoint, really outstanding value! We enjoyed notes of cherries, thyme, a rocky minerality and an earthy sensation working well with wild strawberries, and soft, minor tannins that really do caress beautifully. What a gem for the price!
