This wine is a FRENCH WINE, made using the CHARDONNAY grape. 

This wine is made by Julien Altaber, who works under the producer name SEXTANT. The wine is from Burgundy... did any of you guess this?\

 

Technical stuff:

Slow fermentation process in 228ltr oak vats.

Fermentation can take from 15 days to 1 year

Ageing can range from 6 months to 1 year on fine lees

No new oak used
